Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors.
* Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team.
* Oversee negotiations and finalize high-value deals.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role in real estate.
